That's right, on Saturday 7th April McCoys Arcade on Exeter’s Fore Street will be transformed
into a cave of treasure as locally grown artists and makers descend upon the
Arcade with beautiful and unique creations. Local music will fill the air
and workshops from surrounding traders will inspire you to use your hands!
Handmade Arcade is an
alternative kind of craft fair, a home of independent art, a celebration of
culture outside of the mainstream, and a place to find amongst other things a
handpicked selection of contemporary crafts, screen-printed material, illustrations
and hand bound books; all with a focus on small environmentally friendly production
techniques and a DIY ethos. Bringing together a community of artists and makers,
and providing the people of Exeter with a tasteful and affordable alternative
